Putin discovered that The Kosher Nostra (the Jewish Mafia in Russia) were the ones running Russia. So, Putin took the top Mafia Jewish guy who owned the top oil company and stole it from him and sent the top Russian Mafia Jewish guy to a jail in Siberia. Then all the 'other Kosher Nostra (the Russian Jewish Mafia top guys)' got scared and fled to Israel.
