Not only the surrounded area is blurred...but also..the center is
blurred!


If you ask me they over did the blurry...

If they didn't blurr the whole thing people would ask..."What is that
activity in the center?????"

then, they would drag out a female scientist to explain it to you, and
she'll will admit she has nothing to do with the project.

They ALWAYS use a female scientist to Front their incompetence.
