The OP's pic has a definite 2 in a circle with an additional '1' or 'I' vertical outside. The Nihon Inter Electronics logo is the letters NI with a circle around them. Yes an N can look like a sideways 2 if you squint hard enough, but the two logos are visually quite distinct. ... Aha, it's a Sprague Cera-Mite ceramic cap, 0.01uF 3kV d=29/32", t=1/4". 41C121A2 is the 'Sprague OEM part no', and the 'Sprague Products Cat. No.' is 30GA-S10. Page 53, dating from 1963: http://www.technicalaudio.com/pdf/Electronics_Catalog_Extracts/Sprague_capacitors_1966_REM_E30.pdf Perhaps the 'circled 2' is their mark for an OEM rebrand, or relates to the OEM they were relabelling it for?
