Hai, efurrybody. My name is Proler Kit, and I am from Texas in the USA. 
Iz an honor to be here, but also a furry sad honor.
I volunteered to read this year’s names because wifout one name on da 
list, I wouldn’t be da stripey mancat I am. When my Momma fostered me, I 
was blinded and orphaned. When I tried to die, she promised I could stay 
forever with her. So I lived, and I got some great kitty siblings and a 
doggy sibling. HRH Princess Telene was my eldest sibbie, and she taught 
me not to be a jerk kitten (smacked me into negst week!). I made it my 
life’s mission to earn her love, and even though she was a BISH PLZ on 
the outside, inside she hadda heart of a Queen.
Tele was my best friend. And I gonna miss her, always.
I hopes that yew will also share stories about your loved ones, whose 
names I will call. May they be furever in our hearts, and may we find 
comfort here tonight.
Here is the first calling of this year’s Jellicle Ball honorees. As 
always, the first name called is to remember the lives of those who died 
without being part of a family.
