Hi!  I have a program called Template Creator for Windows.  It is a utility that creates, handles, organizes and uses template files under Windows.  I also have a DOS version.  They're both available at https://sourceforge.net/projects/tmpcreat/files/.  Picker02.zip is the Windows version, while tmpcr02.zip is the DOS version.  Template Creator plugs into the Shell's New menu.  It couldn't help with Open Watcom project and target support.  :(  I ask that such functionality be added to the next version of Open Watcom.  Thank you.
