Former Santa Fe Railyard Community Corp. Executive Director Christine
Robertson alleges in a new lawsuit the organization’s board fired her
after she raised concerns about what she believed were fraudulent
financial documents.

The complaint, filed Tuesday in the First Judicial District Court in Santa
Fe, says the board’s executive committee “repeatedly pressured” Robertson
“to sign off on and approve multiple fraudulent bank documents and sign
off on fraudulent board of director corporate resolutions.”

Her attorney, John Day, said in a statement Tuesday, “Christine properly
and courageously refused” to sign the records.
