Hi Sruthi, You mentioned we already are spending some money for diversity activities and outreach. And you said you do not want to spent too much more than what we spend currently. To help us understand your plan better, could you please answer the following: 1. Could you provide a brief summary of our current diversity activities? Specifically, how much is Debian currently spending on these programs right now? 2. You mentioned you want to creat a new "DPL Helpers Team" and a new "Diversity Team." How do you plan to use Debian funds for these new delegates? Will these team have their own budgets? In your opinion, how much budget would be required to run these new teams? 3. Since our funds are limited, we must be careful with every penny. If you have to choose between Debian infrastructure(eg: buildd, ci hardware) upgrade and new diversity/outreach programs, which one will you choose first? Will you set a hard limit on new spending to make sure our exist infrastructure and programs in Debian stays strong? Regards, -- -Andrew
