Hello. Sorry for cross-posting, but topic touches two mailing lists. There's new version of Boto, library to access AWS cloud services: https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/aws/now-available-aws-sdk-for-python-3 -boto3/ It's API-incompatible with current Boto (2.38). But both boto and boto3 can be installed at the same time. It looks like new Boto uses botocore (already in Debian, although in older version - 0.81). Are there any plans for boto3? And - how can I help? Best regards. -- Tomasz Rybak GPG/PGP key ID: 2AD5 9860 Fingerprint A481 824E 7DD3 9C0E C40A 488E C654 FB33 2AD5 9860 http://member.acm.org/~tomaszrybak

Hello Tomasz, I am not sure if the maintainers of python-botocore and python-boto read these lists; feel free to contact them directly and in any case, feel free to package boto3 !
