src:bernhard
- isn't in testing,
- has 2 RC bugs,
- is dead upstream (last upstream release in 2017),
- upstream git repo has also disappeared,
- has no rdeps in Debian,
- hasn't had an upload from its listed co-maintainer for 8 years.

Shall we remove it from Debian?
