#17378 — Regrading pygobject-stubs

Hello,

Yesterday I started to write a app in GTK and realized that I was
unable to get any auto-completions or references, It appears that GTK
import things dynamically and dosent has .pyi files directly. User need
s to install python package
https://github.com/pygobject/pygobject-stubs on there system, I
searched if debian repo has the package but it seems we don't have it.
I feel that it is important that if debianize this repo then it will be
a great devloper experince who are developing apps in gtk. Virtual
environments can grow in number and can some times be not efficient to
maintian, debianizing this repo will help to avoid that.

Usually, the best way to move forward with this is to file a Request for
Package (RFP) in the Debian Bug Tracking System.

This ensures your request is officially documented and assigned a bug
number, allowing contributors with the necessary capacity to see and
work on the package.

You can find more info here:

https://wiki.debian.org/RFP

Hope that helps!

Cheers,
