Hi,

yapps2 came up as candidate for the Bug of the Day[1]. I checked for
the homepage which vanished so it seems orphaned upstream (please
correct me if I'm wrong.) The package has two rdepends
(linuxcnc-uspace-dev and keymapper). I have no idea whether there might
be replacements for these two packages. If we decide that yapps2 is
needed in Debian I would volunteer to move it to DPT Salsa repository.

@Matthias: I noticed that all but one of your packages (knxd) are not
featuring Vcs fields (and knxd is not on Salsa but on Github). If it is
your personal policy to not use Salsa that's fine and I would remove
your ID from the Bug of the Day query.

Kind regards
    Andreas

No that's not my personal policy; knxd is in fact on Salsa too, I just
need to clean up the vcs field one of these days.

Moving yapps2 to DPT is fine with me.

Great. Thanks a lot for your positive response. From my point of view the
repository

    https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/yapps2

is ready for your review and upload past Trixie release. I'll set my
calendar for it and will ping you whether you want to upload yourself or
whether I should do some Team upload.

Kind regards and thanks a lot for your cooperation
    Andreas.
