Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist Owner: Edward Betts <edward@4angle.com> X-Debbugs-Cc: debian-devel@lists.debian.org, debian-python@lists.debian.org * Package name : pyeverlights Version : 0.1.0 Upstream Author : Jon Caruana <jon@joncaruana.com> * URL : https://github.com/joncar/pyeverlights * License : MIT Programming Lang: Python Description : Python library for controlling EverLights lighting systems Users can program different zones with specific colors or patterns directly through Python scripts. The library supports tasks such as setting solid colors, activating saved patterns, and retrieving the status of the control box. It leverages asyncio for asynchronous communication, making it suitable for integration into home automation systems or complex lighting setups requiring real-time control. This library is a dependancy of Home Assistant, the Python smart home platform. I plan to maintain it as part of the Python team.
