PyZstd will be auto-removal from testing because some serious bugs in
python-pyzstd/0.16.0+ds-1.

Please upload python-pyzstd/0.16.0+ds-3 to fix the issue.

Sorry for my delay, I fell ill last weekend due to a sudden
change in the weather, and didn't manage to contribute much
since then.  I was going to assess the situation with the new
revision of python-pyzstd this evening and noticed Boyuan Yang
