Dear Python Team,

I'm looking for a sponsor to review and if okay upload my changes for
sqlite-utils in this bookworm-pu bug #1135615, which will be fixing bug
#1064886.

My proposed changes are in branch debian/bookworm at salsa:

I've enabled salsa-ci, which is happy:

Stable release team have confirmed the bookworm-pu.
