hi Pieter,

I took a look at the python-requests-ratelimiter package, up for
sponsorship in the Python team:

* copyright: (info only) license for debian/* is more restrictive than
the upstream license, this might make forwarding fixes more
  difficult.
* control: binary pkg name "python3-python-requests-ratelimiter"
looks like it has one python too many.
* autopkgtest: should loop over all supported Python versions.
* autopkgtest: depends on python3-pytest-cov, but the same isn't set
as a build-dep (for the build-time tests); are you sure you it's
  needed at all?

Once the above comments have been addressed, simply re-add the
package to the IRC channel topic and/or ping me by e-mail.
