hi Pieter,

upstream and pristine-tar branches on the salsa repo are stale, please
push those.

There's change made to the package's build-dependencies without
mention in the changelog:
- python3-pyrate-limiter (>= 4.0.0) <!nocheck>,
+ python3-pyrate-limiter <!nocheck>,

Please document, assuming this change is intentional.


Other than that, LGTM.
