Dear mentors,
Dear python team,

I am looking for a sponsor for my work to fix the FTBFS state of package
"python-papermill" (#1129899).

There are quite a lot of patches needed. Applicable patches are forwarded upstream:

Patches are marked as forwarded in salsa, but I did this after my upload to
mentors.
