where do you see this?
Looking at https://salsa.debian.org/debian/dj-database-url I can't see 
any "mess"?

Before me move any trees it's best to clear out open questions and 
potential misused branches due wrong done commits etc.

Where is your working tree?

In your namespace you have all the time to work on fixing any errors 
within the tree.
There is no need to immediately move git trees to the DPT in Salsa atm.
