Dear NumPy users,

I have just uploaded NumPy 2.3 to experimental. As there are a few 
expired deprecations [1], i.e., stuff that has been removed from NumPy, 
I did a test rebuild with Debusine and found 28 packages which do no 
longer build.

I have filed the bugs and attached a dd-list for reference.
