Py7zr on the other hand contains a large binary without source in utils/codacy-coverage-reporter.jar. You probably want to exclude that file, and then do another import of the upstream release without the offending file. Simply bump the upstream version to something like +dfsg2 when gbp asks about that, so it appears newer than the current 1.0.0+dfsg, and then proceed as if it's just another new upstream release.
