[gallia] Looking for Sponsorship

Hello Python Team,

I am looking for a sponsor for my python package "gallia". Background
information and a brief motivation can be found in the RFS and ITP bugs
here:

I have set up the salsa repo from scratch as described in the Python
Team policy (according branch names and so on). The autopkgtest CI is
wired to the package's testsuite and it works fine on salsa.
