can you be a bit more precise what you are dealing with?

What I can see from the output your MariaDB server can't get started as 
the default port 3306 is already used.

Salsa CI

Can you use another port in your setup?

I'd say, that would make the whole testing obsolete for a connector 
package. :-)
That would be the last option to do.
