hi,

I was wondering whether anyone would be willing to take a look at a NMU package
i put together for the bottleneck package.

The details are the following:
 * bottleneck (https://mentors.debian.net/package/bottleneck/) (update to latest upstream 1.3.7)

I believe the package is "owned" by the Debian Python team?
If someone would be willing to review and provide some feedback and
ultimately sponsor the upload, that would be really much appreciated!

thanks in advance
cheers
jonathan
