I am looking for a sponsor for package "swt4-gtk".

It builds those binary packages:

 libswt-gtk-4-java - Standard Widget Toolkit for GTK+ Java library
 libswt-gtk-4-jni - Standard Widget Toolkit for GTK+ JNI library
 libswt-gtk2-4-jni - Standard Widget Toolkit for GTK+ 2.0 JNI library
 libswt-gnome-gtk-4-jni - Standard Widget Toolkit for GTK+ GNOME JNI library
 libswt-cairo-gtk-4-jni - Standard Widget Toolkit for GTK+ Cairo JNI library
 libswt-glx-gtk-4-jni - Standard Widget Toolkit for GTK+ GLX JNI library
 libswt-webkit-gtk-4-jni - Standard Widget Toolkit for GTK+ WebKit JNI library

Package sources can be accessed in branch master-4.3 at pkg-java git repository:

Changelog of this version:

  * Enable compatibility with GTK 2.0
    - GTK 3.20 introduced some incompatible API changes causing broken UI in
      SWT. Since SWT upstream hasn't released a fixed version yet, the only
      solution for now is to enable legacy GTK 2.0 support and run affected
      applications with SWT_GTK3=0. The GTK+ 2.0 version of SWT JNI
      libraries is packaged as libswt-gtk2-4-jni.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.8 (no changes).

I would be glad if someone uploaded this package into sid for me.

Hi Tobias,

The update is in the NEW queue because it introduces a new binary
package (libswt-gtk2-4-jni). It'll land in unstable once a FTP Master
got the time to review it.
