you can't download libservlet2.5-java_6.0.45-1~deb6u1_all.deb from
ftp.us.debian.org because this version has been archived on
archive.debian.org. Squeeze-LTS has reached End-of-Life on February
29th, 2016.

We recommend that you upgrade your system to either Wheezy or Jessie.
The latest versions of tomcat6 are

Wheezy: 6.0.45+dfsg-1~deb7u1
