I realised that you moved icu4j packaging to git[1].  Well, done -
thanks for this.  Do you need a sponsor to finalise the job that looks
ready (just from looking at the files - did not yet a test build).

Hi Andreas,

See <https://bugs.debian.org/819188>.

src:icu4j-4.2, which will be needed by src:lucene2, is uploaded and
waiting in NEW queue. If we upload src:icu4j now, src:lucene2 will be
broken.
