My fault, you will need Replaces, Breaks, Conflicts. Just removing the
binary package from Debian control won't make sure that
libjortho-freeplane-javais removed on upgrade. So just add this to your
freeplane binary package:

Provides:
 libjortho-freeplane-java
Conflicts:
 libjortho-freeplane-java
Replaces:
 libjortho-freeplane-java
