Why is tracer not build in beast-mcmc package

Hi,

in the override_dh_auto_build target of beast-mcmc[1] the tracer JAR
file should be build by

   ant -buildfile build_tracer.xml all

but it seems that the build_tracer.xml (and/or its patch) is broken.
Any help to create the according target would be welcome.
