I'll add extra dependencies.

I'm not a docker expert but I plan to use it as a root user and mount an 
external directory as /root:

docker run -t -i -v ~/my-debian-docker-root:/root avdyk/debian-java

So you have to put all those files in the directory you'll want to mount.

Is it a good way of using docker?
