As an official Debian way, currently no because of this: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1023237 Also you can't install the openjdk-11 packages from unstable because they have dependency requirements that are incompatible with what is available in bookworm. The most "Debian way" you could do right now is to create your own backport of the openjdk-11 source package by adjusting its dependencies and building it on a bookworm system. I didn't evaluate how much work that would be yet, but that could be non trivial. I'm among those who think that the LTS JDKs should be reintroduced (in a way or another, I'm thinking about using fasttrack for these) to stable releases as they are actually needed to correctly build some packages, and often used for testing compatibility with older JDKs.
