Dear Maintainer,

Today I was able to compile the 6.18.12+deb13-amd64 kernel with the 
usbio module enabled and I finally got the webcam working. The image 
wasn't great, but it's a start.

The configured modules are:

CONFIG_I2C_USBIO=m
CONFIG_GPIO_USBIO=m
CONFIG_USB_USBIO=m
