I would like to upload linux version 6.19.6-1 to unstable.

This is a new upstream version with, as usual, many upstream changes.

The pending changes in the package are:

  * [riscv64] Backport Spacemit K1 PCIE and USB PHY support from 7.0.
  * [riscv64] Enable USB_DWC3, USB_ONBOARD_DEV and PHY_SPACEMIT_K1_USB2 as
    modules.
  * [x86] drivers/media/i2c: Enable VIDEO_OV8858 as module
  * [arm64] drivers/gpib: Enable GPIB_GPIO as module
  * Unsplit configs for some kernel architectures.  We don't support multiple
    variants of arm, sparc or x86 anymore.
  * [arm64] Enable Qualcomm SA8775P platforms: add SA_GCC_8775P,
    PINCTRL_SA8775P, INTERCONNECT_QCOM_SA8775P as builtins and
    SA_GPUCC_8775P, SA_CAMCC_8775P, SA_DISPCC_8775P, SA_VIDEOCC_8775P as
    modules.
  * [arm64] udeb: fb-modules: Add display-connector module
  * drivers/soundwire: Enable SOUNDWIRE_AMD as module

  * sound/soc/amd/acp: Enable SND_SOC_AMD_SOF_SDW_MACH as module

  * [s390x] Drop build-depends on gcc-multilib following the 31-bit removal in
    6.19
  * [s390x] Adjust lintian overrides for VDSO following the 31-bit removal in
    6.19
  * drivers/misc: Enable NTSYNC as module for all architectures
    (Closes: #1124798)
  * [armhf] enable SERIAL_8250_OMAP and SERIAL_8250_OMAP_TTYO_FIXUP to fix
    the boot console on (e.g.) BeagleBone Black.
