There are two traces in there. The primary one is amdgpu trying to do atomic memory allocations and failing. Those allocations can fail, as they must not block. This was introduced with https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/work_items/4470. The second one should be just a warning and shows up because linux tries to safe the log for the primary problem first. You may find files in /sys/fs/pstore, please provide them.
