FYI, that wasn't the correct thing to do. Built-Using is for license compliance cases: https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-relationships.html#additional-source-packages-used-to-build-the-binary-built-using Static-Built-Using is for other static linking or embedding cases.
