I read README.translator and I have a question.

Create a new translation
------------------------

For example, let's assume "uk" translation is new. Here
is a rough outline of what steps to take in order to create it:

 * Obtain source files as described in https://www.debian.org/doc/vcs#access:
 $ git clone git@salsa.debian.org:ddp-team/release-notes.git
 $ cd release-notes
 $ mkdir uk

Why make the uk directory in the release-notes directory? I think it
is not needed.
