Try the "print edit WE" firefox extension (need "save page WE"
extension). You can clean pages, save as PDF or cleaned HTML. There is a
possible option: "Scroll down page to force lazy loads before saving".
I use also "save as eBook" extension, and I very rarely have to print.
i save trees ;)
