While translating the Debconf templete into German, I noticed the
follwing issues:

1) Many strings seem to miss a full stop at then end. 

2) the → The in the following string:
"the file /etc/bitcoin/bitcoin.conf is missing, debconf expect this file to  "
"interactively configure bitcoind."
