Please remove libart-lgpl from Debian. It has been unmaintained
upstream for many years. It has been archived so it's not possible to
submit bug reports, bug fixes, or translation updates.

This package was previously maintained by the Debian GNOME team. After
I tried removing the package from Debian in 2018, Adrian adopted the
package and did a single upload. It was kept then because there were a
few apps using libgnomecanvas but there aren't any apps in Debian now
still using libgnomecanvas.
