This module implements a progress bar for pages that use swup.
It shows a loading indicator for requests taking longer than ~300ms.

It is a plugin for the swup module, and it is a new dependency for
the elixir-ex-doc documentation generator (version 1.40.1). It is used
to enhance usability of HTML documentation.

I will maintain this package myself.
