Macros 1.1 custom derive to simplify struct validation, inspired by 
marshmallow and Django validators.

This is a dependency of newer upstream versions of rust-schemars, which 
in turn are needed by newer upstream versions of ruff.  I intend to 
maintain it within the Debian Rust Team.
