The published list is automatically filtered from the list in our git
repository, to only include those mirrors that have been in
sufficiently good health for a sufficiently long period of time.

The tugraz.at address was added to git about a week ago. Assuming it
continues to be up-to-date, I'd expect it to appear on the published
list by the middle of the coming week.
