Yes, It works. The command:

So, there is no problem with the tls certificate of bugs.debian.org.
Well, I think I should follow step by step what apt-lisbugs is doing
when it retrieves bugs. Unfortunately, I don't how to proceed. If you
give the steps, I can try.
