Dear Maintainer,

building perl from source with profile nodocs fails.

# mkdir perl
# cd perl
# apt source perl
# apt build-dep perl
# cd perl-5.36.0/
# dpkg-buildpackage -B -Pnodoc,nocheck -uc -us
