Non ho letto tutto il thread, e magari dico cose già dette.

Io uso "Alarm Plus Millennium" (di Millennium Apps) da anni (mi sembra 
di averla acquistata)
che appunto permette tutto quello che cerchi di avere ed anche di più e 
con abbondanza.
Vedo sul vecchio S7 con Android 8 che c'è ancora: non so su Android 
7...

Non usa account, ha tutte le ripetizioni che vuoi, puoi dare i nomi 
alla sveglia.

Io lo uso proprio per le medicine e per una sola vera sveglia solo 
quando mi serve. Ma anche per ricordarmi le cene con gli amici.. :-)

Ogni sveglia si può attivare o no.

P.es. ne ho una che suona un giorno si e uno no e poi sabato e la 
domenica
