Ma la stampi prima o dopo averla inviata?
Perché se la stampi DOPO, a me il problema non mi si presenta:

(naturalmente ho oscurato io i dati sensibili..)

Mi sono posizionato sulla mail inviata ed ho fatto CTRL+P (ma funziona 
anche da menù File / Stampa

Quindi, se anche tu stampi DOPO l'invio, non saprei come aiutarti 
oltre.
