chiaramente la versione in ZIP è portabile al 100%
E' stato il mio mail/news reader PRIMARIO per un lungo periodo. La 3.5, 
appena uscita, *era* a pagamento (ed io ho la licenza B-) ). Ora, visto 
che non viene più sviluppato, è stato "declassato" a Free. Ma funziona 
ancora egregiamente (anche sul mio Win10 LTSC)
