Purtroppo Usenet è un cadavere ambulante, oramai non glie ne frega più
niente a nessuno e quei pochi che sono rimasti o non hanno interesse a
mettere in piedi un'infrastruttura per farlo rivivere, o non sanno farlo.
Tanto rispetto che tu lo voglia fare, ma tieni conto che la realtà dei
fatti è questa e non ci si può fare molto

P.S. invece di INN 1.x, usa INN 2.x, che almeno riceve ancora un po' di
supporto
