Penso che se vuoi avere uno script nativo win tu lo debba riscrivere 
magari usando powershell, non mi pare esistano convertitori.
Se è molto complicato usa cygwin come ti hanno già consigliato.

PS I file di comandi ora hanno estensione .cmd anche se .bat è ancora 
supportato.
