Moh, mica lavoro in Microsoft...

I loro sistemi si basano di certo su intelligence che prendono
dall'esterno, AFAIK, ma questa è implementata ed integrata da una dose
di roba fatta completamente all'interno, la cui logica non l'ha mai
realmente capita nessuno. Non pretendere che lo faccia io :-|

In un certo senso, è assolutamente normale che per mail provider di
queste dimensioni un peso significativo nella decisione venga dal
feedback fornito dagli utenti.
Es: quanti cestinano direttamente la mail senza nemmeno aprirla? Se il
segnale in questo senso è "forte" viene interpretato dai sistemi
sostanzialmente come un TIS.

Ovviamente non è detto possa essere questo il caso.
Ma non siete certo i primi a incorrere in oddities non spiegabili.
