buonasera, 

personalmente non mi sono mai avventurato nel fare queste bislacche mescolanze anche
perchè, a meno di casi estremamente rari, un software pacchettizzato per ubuntu
esisterà al contempo anche per debian.

ad ogni modo, a rigor di logica, se le dipendenze del pacchetto che si vuole
installare possono essere soddisfatte, installare un pacchetto deb dichiaratamente
creato per ubuntu su debian non dovrebbe rappresentare un grosso problema.
